These pictures were taken when I visited fellow NYBML member James, in Calgary, Alberta.

In May of 2002, I purchased this 1976 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham from a couple in Ft. Langley, BC. I bought the car from a few pictures and the word of my friend who lives near there. I had him tow the car to his place for a few weeks until I got there to pick it up. I rode my motorcycle out to the West coast and drove the car back (2500 km, 1500 mi). I did a general tune-up on the car before heading out and the engine ran strongly all the way home. It got 14 mpg (CDN) on the trip. My plan is to restore the car to a state where I can feel confident to take it to car shows etc.
